As a Care and Support Worker , you will:
Support people at home to live as independently as possible
Empower individuals to make their own choices
Provide personal, physical, and emotional care
Assist with daily tasks, activities, and appointments
Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals
Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care
Follow Altogether Cares values and safe working practices
Travel to nearby areas when needed to ensure high-quality care
