Your role
- Provide a hands-on, high-quality support service
- Build positive relationships with residents to encourage independence and understand individual needs
- Carry out security checks throughout the night to ensure safety and peace of mind
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide support when needed
- Maintain a safe environment and follow relevant regulations and practices
- Complete bed calls and morning calls to a high standard
Your skills
- Ability to keep accurate records and share information clearly with the team
- Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with residents, families and agencies
- Experience working effectively as part of a team
- Caring, approachable nature
- Positive and accepting approach to residents whatever their needs
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
- Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)
