Car Sales Executive West Wickham 20k basic (although min wage will be guaranteed) – 55k OTE (uncapped) + car + benefits Monday to Friday 8.30 – 6.00 (set day off) Every Saturday 9.00 – 5.00, 1 in 3 Sundays 10.00 – 4.00 We’re looking for a motivated Car Sales Executive for our clients dealership - guiding customers through the car buying process and delivering exceptional service. Duties
Greet customers and guide them through the car buying process. Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles. Provide detailed information about features, specifications, pricing, and financing options. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new and used vehicles. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through proactive follow-ups and networking. Stay updated on the latest car models, features, and industry trends. Demonstrate vehicles during test drives and provide comprehensive product demonstrations. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
Qualifications
Experience in car sales, from independent or main dealer. Full UK driving licence. Proven high customer service levels with a charismatic persona and good emotional intelligence.
