We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join a busy and well-established dealership in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing site with strong enquiry levels and genuine earning potential.

The Role

* Managing the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover

* Building lasting relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service

* Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable vehicles

* Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

* Promoting finance, insurance, and value-added products

* Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems

Requirements

* Previous car sales experience or strong background in a target-driven sales role

* Proven track record of achieving targets

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Self-motivated with a driven and professional approach

* Full UK driving licence
