An exciting opportunity for a Car Sales Executive within the Bridgend area has arisen for our Motor Trade Client.

The successful Car Sales Executive will be representing a franchise-approved car dealership and will be well versed in providing exceptional levels of customer service.

Benefits:

Optional basic salary between £12-20,000 per annum with an adjusted commission scheme to reflect this.
Uncapped OTE worth £60,000+ per annum.
Staff car benefit scheme available immediately.
Salary sacrifice on Electric Vehicles is available after your probation period has passed (Probation period is 3 months unless extended).
Workplace pension scheme.
22 days annual holiday allowance plus the eight bank holidays. If any bank holidays worked, you shall gain a day off in lieu to compensate for this.

Maintaining an outstanding product knowledge of the cars and vehicles you are selling
Ensuring that you are providing an excellent level of customer service
Carrying out Vehicle Demonstrations and Test Drives
Meeting Car Sales Targets
Advising on and upselling on finance, insurance and accessories.For your hard work as a Car Sales Executive for our client you can expect to earn an OTE of £60,000 per annum.

It is essential that you hold a current UK driving License and have a real passion for Car Sales and Motor Trade.
