We offer a market leading commission structure as well as guaranteed bonus while on holiday or training!

Uncapped commission – realistic OTE of £60,000+

What You’ll Do:
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and finance packages
Present and explain add-on products such as service plans, insurance, and accessories
Guide customers through the entire buying process from enquiry to handover
Maintain accurate customer records on internal systems
Follow up with new and existing customers to maximise future sales
Achieve personal and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and manufacturer standards
Deliver a five-star customer experience from first contact to aftersales support
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive is essential
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Proactive, professional, and enthusiastic approach
Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working towards targets in a fast-paced environment
A full UK driving licence is requiredAbout Our Client:
