Duties as a Sales Executive
Engage with customers face-to-face and via online channels, ensuring an exceptional buying experience Handle showroom visits, telephone enquiries, and digital leads proactively Prospect for new business through various channels including networking and digital marketing Conduct test drives to assist customers in selecting their ideal vehicle Provide expert advice on finance options and arrange Part Exchange valuations Present attractive vehicle displays to optimise sales opportunities Maintain high standards of presentation and organisation within the dealership environment Develop strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Executive within the motor trade sector Positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication skills Ability to create tailored sales packages to meet individual customer needs Full UK driving licence is essential Motivated, target-driven, and committed to achieving sales objectives Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Enthusiasm for automotive sales and excellent customer service
