Our client, a well-respected franchise-approved car dealership in Treforest, is seeking a dedicated and motivated New/Used Car Sales Executive to join their high-performing sales team. Starting basic salary of £18,000 per annum, with uncapped on-target earnings exceeding £50,000 annually.

Duties:

Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, providing excellent customer service.
Promote and sell new and used car stock, guiding customers through the sales process.
Discuss and recommend add-on products, such as paint protection, GAP insurance, and service plans.
Support stock management activities, including photographing and advertising used cars.
Maintain showroom presentation and assist with administrative and sales support tasks.
Shadow experienced colleagues to build sales skills if new to automotive sales.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Contribute to showroom upkeep and collaborate with the team on daily operations.

Requirements:

Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Treforest.
Hold a valid UK driving licence with minimal points.
Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is desirable; prior automotive sales experience is not essential.
Educated to at least Grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and English.
Charismatic and approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
IT literate, organised, and methodical in approach.
Attention to detail with a willingness to learn and grow.
Genuine interest in the automotive industry and automotive products.
Open to applicants with limited or no previous car sales experience, as well as seasoned sales professionals.
