We are representing a reputable automotive dealership in Erdington, Birmingham, seeking to appoint an experienced Car Sales Executive.

The Car Sales Executive role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record in automotive sales, capable of delivering exceptional customer service whilst achieving strong sales targets.

Engaging with customers to understand their vehicle needs and recommending suitable options as a Car Sales Executive
Managing the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
Building and maintaining rapport with clients to maximise sales opportunities
Developing new business through prospecting and networking efforts
Supporting the team to achieve dealership sales targets
Delivering a professional and customer-focused experience at all stages
Keeping updated on current vehicle stock, features, and industry developmentsRequirements for this Car Sales Executive role:

At least 2 years’ experience in automotive sales, preferably within a dealership environment.
A consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A motivated, positive attitude towards sales and customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence held for at least 6 months (to qualify for company vehicle)
