Our client, a prominent high-volume used car dealership in Stoke-on-Trent, is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Controller to join their dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Sales Controller to take on a leadership role within a fast-paced, high-earning environment. With a large stock of over 550 vehicles, the dealership offers significant career progression potential and attractive earning opportunities.

Benefits:

Competitive basic salary of £30,000
Uncapped commission with an OTE exceeding £60,000
28 days holiday, including bank holidays
Monday to Friday working hours of 10am–7pm, Saturday 10am–6pm, and rotational Sunday 10am–4pm

Lead and support the sales team to achieve volume and profit targets as a Sales Controller
Assist with structuring deals, finance, and value-added product offerings
Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards
Support site management with operational duties as a Sales Controller
Motivate, mentor, and develop the sales team in your role as a Sales Controller
Monitor individual and team performance to identify improvement opportunities
Foster a positive, high-energy sales environment focused on delivering excellent customer serviceRequirements:

Proven experience in used car sales, ideally within a high-volume or supermarket-style environment
Previous experience as a Sales Controller or in a sales leadership role is a strong advantage
Confident closer with leadership skills to motivate and develop the team
Well-organised, target-driven, and professional approach
Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues
