Capital Works Contract Manager - 12 months FTC

Were looking for a Capital Works Project Manager to lead major energy efficiency and decarbonisation programmes, including insulation, ASHPs, PV and wider capital works. Your work will directly help residents live in better-quality homes while supporting our goals of EPC C by 2030 and net zero by 2050.

This is a hybrid role based in our office in High Wycombe, Bucks where you will work for at least 2 days per week, which is particularly important in terms of colleague collaboration. We have another office in Letchworth, Herts and some travel to sites with the remainder at home/remote.
