Capital Sales Specialist

Reporting to the Head of Sales, duties to include:
* Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within food processing, manufacturing, and hygiene sectors.
* Manage the full sales cycle for company equipment from initial consultation to closing and after-sales support.
* Deliver tailored product presentations, technical demonstrations, and solution proposals aligned with client operational and commercial needs.
* Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders including engineering, procurement, operations, and executive teams.
* Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to meet or exceed agreed targets.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
* Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure seamless project implementation and high customer satisfaction.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technical seminars.
* Provide market feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
* Champion the company’s values, with a strong focus on sustainability, ethics, and environmental responsibility.
As an ideal candidate you will have a proven track record in capital equipment sales, preferably in food manufacturing, processing, or hygiene technology sectors together with excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work independently and manage a regional territory. A consultative approach to sales is also a requirement with a genuine interest in providing impeccable customer service and a proficiency in CRM tools and business reporting.
Primarily remote based covering the UK and Ireland with extensive field travel with regular attendance at Head Office and a full UK driving license is essential.
