Capital Projects Services - Senior Manager - Defence About The RoleOur Capital Project Services (CPS) team comprises multi‑disciplined professionals with experience across Defence, Transport, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Government & Healthcare, Energy, Utilities and Resources. We help clients secure optimum value from their projects and provide the expertise needed to navigate complex, challenging situations. In this role you will design and deliver transformative project and programme management approaches across a broad range of industries, working closely with senior leaders of global businesses to optimise their capital programmes and support them in achieving intended benefits. What Your Days Will Look Like As a Senior Manager you will work within a team of problem solvers, leveraging extensive consulting and industry experience to help clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific Responsibilities
Proactively assist in the management of several clients, reporting to Directors and higher levels; Train and lead staff; Establish effective working relationships directly with clients; Contribute to the development of your own and the team’s technical acumen; Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues; Actively participate in business development activities to identify and research new/existing client opportunities; Continue to develop internal relationships and enhance the PwC brand.

Ability to lead a team to deliver projects and solutions; Desire to build trusted working relationships with teams, clients and stakeholders, driving innovation to deliver outcomes; Experience managing contracts, suppliers or projects and deep understanding of core delivery principles; Self‑awareness and ambition to continuously develop your and your team’s skills; Management consulting experience, including operating and delivery models; Exposure to capital planning and/or asset management; Digital transformation/technology consulting; Commercial experience in supply chain management, procurement, commercial management and/or contract negotiations.
