I'm working with a fast growing, boutique consultancy with incredible banking domain expertise. They are looking to build their banking risk & regulatory practice with experienced consultants following the growth in demand the business has seen this year. The unique aspect of this role is the opportunity for greater exposure to senior client relationships, ownership of projects, and a real spotlight on your career from day one, versus the typical experience in a larger consultancy. My client has a real depth of expertise in banking, including specialisms in risk & regulation, payments, collateral, finance, and broader transformation agendas. Responsibilities This role is an opportunity to lead the delivery of transformative projects in the banking industry, as well as take on client ownership responsibilities. As the business grows, there will also be opportunities for you to take on responsibility for new and existing practice areas. Qualifications

Have spent at least 5 years working in a major consultancy (Big 4, Accenture etc) Have spent this time working with Investment Banks, Market Infrastructure providers and other Capital Markets firms Have experience of transformation projects involving collateral and/or risk Have a desire to work for a fast-growing, boutique consultancy

Compensation & Benefits Salary up to £95,000 per year (dependent on experience) and prosperous company benefits. Location London, United Kingdom.
