to help transform existing

Microsoft Publisher

templates into Canva, roll out Canva across the organisation, and upskill the in-house team. This role combines

hands-on design work

with

training, process setup, and tool integration . You'll be working on a variety of assets, from small collateral to a flagship

400-page publication . Key Responsibilities: Redesign existing Microsoft Publisher templates in Canva.

Build new, scalable Canva templates for publishing needs.

Lead in-person and remote

Canva training sessions

for staff.

Assist in setting up Canva company-wide, including brand guidelines and permissions.

Integrate tools such as

Mail Merge

and

Datawrapper

for data visualisation.

Optimise workflows using

Excel
