Adept resourcing are recruiting on behalf of an international manufacturing business, with a great reputation as an employer, assisting them in their search for a entry-level Calibration Testing Technician/Quality and Inspection Technician to report into the Quality Engineer.

The role:

To support quality and inspection activities, perform product verification tests, and assist in maintaining compliance with ISO standards.

Laboratory Activities:

Perform initial verification tests on approved instruments. Record and report test results accurately in accordance with company procedures.Quality Support:

Carry out administrative tasks to support quality-related activities. Develop a working understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025:2017 standards.Inspection:

Conduct goods-in inspections upon receipt, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and product specifications. Process and assess customer returns in line with quality procedures.

Working closely with the Quality Engineer to:

Achieve 100% completion of required verification tests Achieve no major non-conformities during internal/ external audits Complete 100% of good in inspections within 48hrs of receipt Maintain accuracy in recording test and inspections findings Complete internal/external training to achieve a working understanding of ISO standardsSkills required:
