Job Description

Calibration Technician \n\nMobile role\n\nEngineer required for a permanent position role undertaking, test repair and calibration of a wide range of measuring equipment and instrumentation to precision tolerances. \n\nThe role may suit a mechanical graduate, laboratory technician or someone who has worked with quality engineering who has experience of calibrating their own equipment and is looking for a mobile role. \n\nThe role:\n\nUndertake testing and calibration of measuring equipment for industries such as railway, laboratories, hospitals and automotive \nWorking with electrical and mechanical instrumentation for a wide verity of industries\nWorking on pressure gauges, dimensional measuring equipment, temperature, torque, and LF and RF electrical equipment\nEnsure that all equipment works in line with industry standards \nProducing equipment reports and recommendations \nTesting and repair of calibration equipment mechanical strip down and rebuild as required.
