CAFM Systems Administrator - Liverpool What you'll do The CAFM Systems Administrator is a newly created position, and you will play a key role in the implementation of ServiceNow for Workplace Service Delivery (WSD). Overseeing the CAFM system, youll help establish the recently rolled out ServiceNow WSD core offerings of space management, case management and visitor management and support the next stage of design and roll out, reports and dashboard creation, maintenance management alongside cost management activities. If you are interested in automation of processes, streamlining workflows, and the creation of reporting to provide data driven insights to inform strategic planning and resource allocation, this role will provide the opportunity to help drive these initiatives. You'll get the flexibility of hybrid working, with a requirement to work 3 days per week in the Liverpool office.
