The Role
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and driven Supervisor to join our team in Notting Hill.
As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the management team with the day-to-day operations. You will lead by example, ensuring outstanding service standards, strong team engagement, and smooth operational flow across the business.
This is a hands-on role where you will be actively involved on the floor, supporting both Front of House and Back of House coordination while maintaining Nathalies high standards. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard, wellness-led environment and enjoys delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Support the smooth running of daily FOH operations
Deliver and maintain exceptional guest experience at all times
Lead, motivate, and support team members during service
Train and guide new starters and junior staff
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food safety
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally
Assist with staff coordination and delegation of tasks
Work closely with management on recruitment, training, and team development
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and grooming guidelines
Support opening and closing procedures
Assist across all areas of the business when required
What Were Looking For
Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
A proactive and hands-on approach
