Dunchurch Pools is a canal side leisure destination, designed by the architects responsible for the Eden Project and set in the Warwickshire countryside near Rugby. A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior manager to join our team, leading our growing Café, Shop & Events businesses, whilst also supporting wider marina activities. The successful candidate will work alongside our existing senior team who lead the sites Moorings, Brokerage, Boatyard and Camping businesses. Objectives Deliver an exceptional customer experience. Maintain high standards of food, product, service and presentation. Successfully deliver events across the venue. Market and develop the customer offering. Lead, develop and motivate the team. Lead annual business planning activity, drive revenue and maximise profitability. Support the wider management team. Café & Events
