This is a 12-week temporary role with strong potential for permanent employment based on performance and attendance. As Café Supervisor, you'll lead the team, oversee operations, and ensure excellent customer service, high operational standards, and a welcoming café environment aligned with the Council expectations. This is a hands-on role, combining front-of-house service, food preparation, staff supervision, and operational compliance.
