We treat every customer who walks through our door as an individual, taking immense pride in delivering warm, thoughtful and personalised service. That's where your experience comes in. We are looking for a Café Host (Barista) to join our team for 20 hours a week (Monday - Saturday). Whether it's crafting the perfect flat white, helping a guest choose from our seasonal menu, or keeping the café looking immaculate-you'll be part of a naturally engaging team that creates a little bit of 'wow' with every visit.
Your key areas of responsibility: Creating a brilliant customer experience - using your knowledge and initiative to guide guests through our food and drink offering with genuine warmth Delivering excellent coffee - using your barista skills to prepare and serve consistently high-quality drinks with care and confidence Running smooth café operations - from taking and processing orders quickly and accurately, to following food safety standards and keeping things flow...
