The primary objective of this role is to provide effective leadership and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and high-quality products that meet or exceed our clients' stringent standards. We are seeking a full-time Team Leader for our Cafe Deli at Benugo, Goldman Sachs site who will be accountable for the following critical responsibilities:● Implementing and rigorously enforcing Benugo's strategic vision encompassing People, Product, Customers, Environment, and Profitability● Ensuring the consistent delivery of superior customer service through a professional, efficient, and meticulous approach● Providing authoritative and decisive leadership to the team, including task allocation, performance management, and continuous evaluation● Supporting the Manager in critical daily operational activities and assuming full managerial responsibilities in their absence● Coordinating effectively with Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams to guarantee product excellence, optimal inventory management, and stringent stock control● Rigorously maintaining and enforcing the highest standards of food safety, occupational health and safety, and professional presentation● Overseeing mission-critical communications and ensuring strict adherence to Benugo policies and proceduresAdditional InformationWhat We Offer Hourly rate of £14.30, increasing to £14.60 upon successful completion of a 3-month probationary period Full-time contract with stable weekday hours️ £14 daily food allowance for lunch while on shift Free coffees during your break, before or after shift Paid day off on your birthday 20 days of annual leave (for a full year of work)️ Paid bank holidays – our sites are closed on bank holidays Fantastic opportunities for growth within Benugo and the wider WSH group Ongoing training, development, and support #J-18808-Ljbffr
