We have an exciting opportunity for a Cadet Tutor to join one of the UK’s leading training providers. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in the military or Cadet forces who is passionate about inspiring young people and supporting them to realise their full potential. As a Cadet Tutor, you will play a key role in the design, delivery, and development of the Cadet Programme, ensuring it meets national requirements, local community needs, and employer expectations. You will support cadets in the classroom and take a lead role in mentoring, guidance, and pastoral support throughout their training journey.
