CAD Technician Can be based anywhere in the UK What you will be doing: As CAD Technician you will be responsible for all activities associated with the production of CAD Design in compliance with the Business Management Systems (BMS) and CDM regulations, assisting with the wider general Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation (PMEICA) and Civils design production activities, providing technical support to the supply chain procurement activities and supporting site activities as required. You will also assist with the management of Consultants and Sub-contractors design production. On behalf of the project team review the Employers Information Requirement (EIR) in conjunction with the project plan, business plan and procurement plan. The CAD Technician will participate in creating a safe working environment on assigned projects and act as the key contact for project BIM technical requirements; respond to the Clients technical requirements, develop the outline BEP into a Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) and lead project BIM workshops.
