Joining this collaborative, multidisciplinary team puts you at the forefront of estate optimisation, compliance, and sustainability projects of national importance. * About you: Recognised AutoCAD qualification within the built environment Proven experience producing and maintaining detailed 2D CAD drawings following established standards Strong understanding of CAD standards and quality assurance procedures Excellent MS Excel skills for managing large datasets Exceptional attention to detail, with a methodical and accurate approach Effective communicator with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for site inspections * What you'll do: Produce and maintain precise 2D CAD drawings adhering to strict standards Utilise survey data, point cloud scans, and other records to develop accurate digital building models Manage asset data within CAFM systems, ensuring up-to-date space and asset records Support the integration of survey outputs and environmental data into estate digital platforms Attend site visits to validate building layouts and asset details Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality estate planning data Contribute to compliance monitoring, lifecycle management, and digital reporting initiatives For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
