About the Role

As a CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, working closely with teachers to deliver engaging activities, offer small group interventions, and provide 1:1 support where required. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant seeking flexibility, variety, and long-term opportunities within Sheffield primary schools.

Key Responsibilities

Support pupils' learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 * Deliver small group interventions and targeted support * Assist with classroom preparation and organisation * Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement * Provide 1:1 support when required, including SEN * Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environmentCandidate Requirements

✔ CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential) ✔ Experience in a UK primary school setting ✔ Strong communication and collaboration skills ✔ Ability to support pupils of varying abilities ✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
