Cable Assembly Operatives Required Weekly Pay
Quest Employment are looking for Cable Assembly Operatives to join a leading manufacturing company based in Moulton Park, Northampton .
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous experience seeking ongoing work, weekly pay, and stable hours , with the potential to secure a permanent position . You will work in a clean, well-organised production environment assembling electrical and data cables used across various industries.
The Role
As a Cable Assembly Operative , your main duties may include:
Assembling power cables, data cables and wires to precise specifications

Using hand tools and semi-automated equipment (cutting, stripping, crimping)

Carrying out soldering and crimping tasks

Reading and following written or visual assembly instructions

Conducting quality checks on completed products

Maintaining a safe, tidy, and organised work area

Key Skills and Experience Were looking for candidates who:
Have previous experience in soldering, crimping, or cable/wire assembly

Are reliable, punctual, and hardworking

Can work both independently and within a team

Are comfortable with practical, hands-on tasks

Have excellent attention to detail

Can follow detailed instructions accurately

Previous experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, or electronics is highly desirable.
