Arbor Bespoke Cabinet Makers Ltd are looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our workshop in Pewsey.

We are open to full time, part time and short term contract applications.

Please note salary and rates are negotiable, depending on experience and capability

We make beautiful, bespoke fitted furniture, from kitchens and wardrobes to dressing rooms. Projects range from design-led one-off pieces to practical fitted solutions for a range of homes in Wiltshire, London and further afield.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about woodworking, takes pride in their work, and can work independently or as part of a small, skilled team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble custom-built cabinets and furniture to client specifications
• Interpret and work from technical drawings, ensuring precision in all dimensions and finishes
• Prepare materials such as hardwoods, veneers, and decorative elements
• Operate a variety of woodworking tools and machinery safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organised workshop
• Contribute to a safe working environment by following health and safety practices
• Attend site as and when required

Requirements

• Proven experience in cabinet making or fine woodworking, with a portfolio of completed work
• Strong understanding of woodworking methods and materials
• Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings
• High level of craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and productive, able to meet deadlines and solve problems
