Buyer / Planner Varied role as a Buyer that sits between materials planning and purchasing. Global engineering business with a personable team that support one another. Flexible working hours / early Friday finish, and excellent benefits package! We are currently recruiting for a Buyer who can support operations by planning materials within the business and supporting purchasing activities. Experience within an engineering or heavy / capital plant equipment environment would be ideal. This is a really varied Buyer position that involves using ERP / MRP systems and negotiating prices on various materials. Salary & Package: c£33,000 as a guide + bonus 25 days holiday + banks. Wider development opportunities. This Buyer job will suit: Some purchasing / procurement experience, preferably within an engineering or industrial environment. Organised individual with excellent communication skills. Comfortable with IT packages, such as MS Office. Ideally have some prior experience using MRP systems.
