A well-established housebuilder is seeking an experienced Buyer to join their Commercial team, working across a portfolio of quality-driven residential developments in the Oxfordshire area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded construction professional to join a forward-thinking developer with a strong local presence, a healthy pipeline, and a commitment to building sustainable communities — not just houses.
Key Responsibilities:

Procuring construction materials and services across multiple live and planned residential sites.

Negotiating prices, terms, and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.

Managing procurement schedules and ensuring timely site deliveries.
*
Monitoring cost performance and reporting against budgets.
*
Working closely with site managers, surveyors, and technical teams to ensure procurement aligns with programme requirements.
*
Supporting value engineering and buildability reviews.
*
Tracking supplier performance and maintaining strong working relationships.
