Responsibilities will include:

Manage day‑to‑day sourcing and purchasing of key dairy and fats ingredients, ensuring cost‑effective and reliable supply. Build strong supplier relationships to support quality, service and ongoing value improvements. Monitor market trends, pricing and availability to inform buying decisions and reduce risk. Work closely with Production, Technical and NPD teams to ensure ingredients meet operational and product requirements.Profile
