Butcher (Trainee or Skilled)
Due to growth and new business wins, my client is seeking experienced Butchers / Boners/ Trimmers.
You will be responsible for boning or trimming a diverse range of meat in a fast paced, high speed factory environment.
Key Responsibilities :
* Boning and trimming meat following production specifications
* Following production plans.
* Lifting heavy meat
* Helping out in other areas of the factory
Experience :
* Experience in trimming or boning poultry, beef or lamb advantageous
* Good English skills, written and oral
* Level 2 food and hygiene desirable
Benefits
* Salary:£14-16.50ph
* Overtime paid
* Weekly pay
* 5am- 3pm Monday to Thursday
* 5am-1.30pm Friday
* Overtime (1.5 or double time sundays)
