BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER - STX MOTORHOMES
STX Motorhomes is a manufacturer of luxury motorhomes, blending automotive engineering with refined interior design. Trusted by elite travelers, motorsport professionals, and equestrian enthusiasts across Europe and beyond, we deliver excellence on wheels.
We seek a dynamic Business Unit Manager to lead our motorhomes division, driving performance through leadership in production, planning, partnerships, marketing, and sales. The ideal candidate has motorsport experience, strong business acumen, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Key responsibilities
Strategic & Brand Leadership
- Define and execute the business strategy for STX Motorhomes, aligning with the brand’s premium position and customer expectations.
- Elevate the brand in motorsport and luxury travel markets, emphasizing exclusivity, performance, and elegance.
- Lead planning and execution of high-end motorsport events and customer experiences.
- Ensure a strong brand presence at motorsport races, karting, GT3, F4, show jumping, and luxury showcases.
- Represent STX Motorhomes at trade shows, events, and client meetings to promote sales and brand visibility.
Strategic Partnerships
- Cultivate alliances with motorsport teams, athletes, luxury brands, and ambassadors.
- Explore collaborations to enhance reputation in elite performance and bespoke travel.
- Work with factories in Hungary to develop high-quality, reliable motorhomes.
- Drive innovation in features, materials, and onboard technology for elite users.
- Oversee marketing, storytelling, digital content, and global campaigns.
- Manage sales strategies, including direct sales, high-end clients, dealerships, and partnerships.
- Achieve sales targets from lead generation to closing deals.
Your Profile
Qualifications
- Experience in senior leadership, with motorsport and/or luxury sector focus.
- Proven success managing high-end product business units, ideally in motorsport.
- Strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams and complex operations.
- Existing network within motorhomes and motorsports.
- Success in brand building, strategic partnerships, sales, and revenue growth.
Skills
- Passion for motorsport and high-performance motorhomes.
- Understanding of luxury branding and customer psychology.
- Driven, results-oriented leadership.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Multilingual, based in Belgium.
