Job Role: Business Systems & Project Manager

Location: Daventry

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Metalis are currently working with a well established manufacturer in Daventry, who are looking for a Business Systems & Project Manager to join their team.

Job Duties:

Maintain and develop the business management systems

Manage all external registration requirements to ensure they are met

Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised, and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies and customers

Introduce new systems and procedures where appropriate

Assist with setting department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance

First point of contact for supplier and customer-driven systems

Undertake regular system, product/process, and effectiveness testing audits across all business management systems

Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on relevant business management systems

Embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company

Ensure corrective actions are undertaken to address non-conformities found

Job Requirements:

Good understanding of various business management systems

Aerospace/Automotive experience

Manufacturing environment experience

Good knowledge of compliance and quality standards

Salary & Shift:

Up to £45,000 per annum

Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm
