A Charity in Central London are seeing a Business Systems Programme Manager to help with the delivery of a series of system upgrade and implementation projects from a technical delivery perspective.
The Interim Business Systems Programme Manager will lead the delivery of a strategic programme to implement and integrate several core business systems across the organisation. These include a case management system, housing and rent management system, finance system, learning management system, and applicant tracking system. The role requires strong programme leadership, hands-on enterprise and solution architecture experience, and the ability to deliver pragmatic, user-focused solutions that align with their strategic and operational needs.
Requirements:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the business systems transformation programme. Support and mentor the Project Leads/Managers with best practice in business systems implementation including in relation to requirements gathering, testing etc Oversee the implementation and integration of multiple business-critical systems, ensuring they are fit for purpose and aligned with organisational goals. Ensure seamless data flows and inter-operability between systems to support efficient operations and reporting.
