We are currently recruiting for a Business Systems Lead to join a growing and dynamic organisation based in Ruislip. This is an exciting opportunity for a systems-focused professional to take ownership of key platforms and play a pivotal role in driving process improvement and operational efficiency across the business.
As Business Systems Lead, you will act as the central point of contact for all business systems, with a particular focus on HubSpot CRM optimisation and workflow improvements. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure systems are aligned with business needs, while identifying opportunities for automation and enhanced performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimise core business systems to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability
Act as the primary contact for system queries, improvements, and issue resolution
Lead the ongoing development and enhancement of CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate reporting across systems
Provide user support, training, and best practice guidance
Manage third-party system providers and support integrations
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a Business Systems, CRM, or similar role
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (essential)
Excellent understanding of business processes and systems optimisation
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical and solutions-focused approach
Desirable:
Experience with Synergist
Experience with system integrations and workflow automation
Knowledge of reporting tools or BI platforms
