Overview We are seeking an experienced Compliance Business Systems Lead to own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of our compliance technology landscape, with particular focus on the Intapp platform. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring our compliance systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with regulatory expectations, while enabling high-quality risk decision-making across the organisation. Strong, hands-on Intapp experience is essential. Responsibilities

Own and deliver the strategic roadmap for Intapp and related compliance systems. Ensure systems support conflicts, AML/CTF, sanctions, financial crime, and broader compliance requirements. Translate regulatory and policy requirements into system enhancements and configuration. Act as Technical Lead on compliance technology projects. Oversee configuration, releases, testing (including UAT), and ongoing maintenance. Lead 2nd line support for the compliance application estate. Manage integrations with upstream and downstream systems (e.g. CRM and Finance). Maintain system documentation and support audits and regulatory reviews. Line manage a small team of Intapp developers and reporting analysts. Contribute to shaping the future Target Operating Model for compliance systems.

About You

Significant experience working with Intapp (mandatory). Background in an international compliance function, ideally within a law firm or financial services environment. Strong knowledge of AML, conflicts, and financial crime frameworks. Experience managing cross-functional teams and working across the full SDLC. Familiarity with SQL, Microsoft technologies (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate), and cloud environments. Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
