What You'll Do: Analyse, design and deliver business systems solutions to drive continuous improvement. Support and enhance our ERP and MES systems across multiple sites. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, streamline processes and boost productivity. Translate business needs into system changes and support implementation. What You'll Bring: 3+ years' experience in ERP or large-scale business systems. Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Excellent communication skills with experience working across all business levels. Degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Desirable (but not essential): Experience with BC365, Marel Innova (AXIN), SI systems, or within a manufacturing/food industry environment.
