MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Business Support Officer on a Temporary basis, based in South East London.

Day Rate: £200 Per Day

Main Responsibilities:

Proven experience working within a maintenance or property services environment Responsibility for works delivery, including raising and managing work orders Handling and resolving complaints and resident issues Ability to show great customer service and be convincing in arranging access arrangements Exposure to low-level contract management, including liaison with contractors Monitoring progress of works and ensuring completion within required timescales Accurate record keeping and use of systems to track delivery Requirements:

Ability to work at pace, managing a high volume of allocated works Strong organisational and coordination skills Confident communicator, able to work closely with contractors and internal teams and dela with challenging residents A proactive approach to problem-solving High levels of persistence and resilience, particularly when dealing with challenging situations
