Description
As a Team Leader within the Business Services team, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring junior staff while ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Your day to day will include:
- Overseeing and reviewing management accounts and statutory accounts for both UK and multi-national companies, providing expert guidance and support
- Providing insightful advice on VAT and PAYE matters, including meticulous review of monthly, quarterly, and annual VAT returns
- Assisting start-ups comprehensively in their financial journey, offering crucial financial support and guidance
- Leading the implementation of cutting-edge accounting and computerised financial systems
- Managing UK financial reporting for various entities, including limited companies, LLPs, partnerships, and sole traders
- Fostering the growth of your team through training, reviews, and mentorship
- Offering expert advice on a wide range of business subjects, strengthening client relationships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Recent obtainment of an Accountancy qualification with comprehensive knowledge of management accounting and statutory accounting
- Team player that values collective success and contributes positively to the overall work environment
- Professionalism and unwavering commitment to achieving excellence in all endeavours
- Ability to delegate tasks and guide junior staff, empowering them to reach their full potential
- Capacity to manage and build client relationships, providing exceptional service tailored to their needs
- Excellent IT skills, enabling you to leverage technology for enhanced efficiency and productivity
- A competitive salary ranging from £45000 to £52000 per annum, based on experience.
