In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to enhance productivity and reduce operating costs. Key Responsibilities: Effectively manage stakeholders and communicate with diverse teams to identify pain points. Design workflows and provide feedback to the Project team to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Recommend process improvements, including opportunities for automation. Deliver strong, phased recommendations to drive operational enhancements and deliver measurable business benefits. Experience Required: Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, including end-to-end process mapping and design. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Kaizen qualification preferred. Demonstrated change management expertise, with the ability to support teams through organisational transitions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
