Overview
A Business Process Analyst plays a key role in improving how an organisation operates. They analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and design solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and support strategic goals. This role sits at the intersection of business operations and technology, making it ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving and structured thinking.
The Role
* A day rate contract role, paid via an umbrella, inside IR35
* Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 days at home)
* 3 months initial contract and likely to extend
Key Responsibilities

Analyse current business processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
*
Gather and document requirements from stakeholders across departments
*
Develop recommendations for process optimisation, automation, or redesign
*
Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
*
Support implementation of new processes, systems, or tools
*
Monitor performance metrics to evaluate the impact of process changes
*
Ensure compliance and standardisation across business processes
Skills & Qualifications
*
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities
*
Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
*
Knowledge of process improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
*
Experience working with cross‑functional teams
