Location: Redruth, Cornwall Full-time | Permanent Salary: £32,000–£38,000 (DOE)  About the Role We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Business Operations Manager to support and enhance the delivery of consultancy projects and ensure the smooth running of internal operations. Working across multiple functions, this role serves as a key link between clients, technical teams, and the wider business. The successful candidate will manage project workflows, invoicing, client communications, and critical administrative areas such as HR, quality accreditation, travel, facilities, and supplier contracts.
