Business Intelligence Manager | Data | Publishing | Bath | Hybrid | Permanent We're working with global leader in specialist media, working across 200+ media brands. They are a data-driven digital publishing business operating at scale across advertising, commerce, and content platforms, looking to hire a hands-on BI Manager to partner closely with commercial and revenue teams. This is a player-coach position with a clear split of 60% delivery and 40% mentoring/leadership . You'll act as the primary BI partner to commercial teams, helping translate complex business problems into scalable, cloud-based analytics solutions. You'll also guide and develop a small team, setting technical standards and ways of working. Full time permanent role Hybrid role (3 days per week on-site in Bath) Salary - up to £75,000, depending on experience Unlimited Holidays +additional benefits Key responsibilities include: Owning hands-on delivery of BI and analytics solutions, including SQL-driven pipelines and data models Partnering with commercial stakeholders (e.g. digital advertising, monetisation, revenue teams) to define problems and co-create the analytics roadmap Working in a Google-centric cloud environment , with a modern data stack
