In the years since it was formed, the organisation has matured and grown with currently 70% of GP practices in Oxfordshire and 22% of those in Northamptonshire, associated with the Federation. The PML GP Federation is the largest collaborative group of GPs in Oxfordshire and South Northamptonshire, covering a total population of almost 800,000 patients. This is an exciting new role in PML for a Business Intelligence Manager to provide insightful analysis and help PML make well-informed decisions by collating, storing, formatting, and presenting data in a clear and useful way.
