You will oversee curriculum planning and sequencing across KS4 and KS5, lead on assessment, data analysis, and intervention strategies, and line manage and develop colleagues within the department. You will model outstanding classroom practice, contribute to whole-school improvement priorities, and build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and external partners.
