About the Company
A well-established, multi-disciplinary fire safety business is seeking an experienced Business Development / Sales Manager to lead its sales function and drive continued growth across the UK. The company provides a range of fire safety services including fire door manufacturing, installation, and fire stopping, working with clients in the housing, construction, facilities management, and public sectors.
The Role
This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the company’s sales strategy and delivering revenue targets. You will oversee all aspects of the sales function, from managing the pipeline and developing new business to supporting bid submissions and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
The role will include supervising a small estimating team, ensuring all leads are effectively managed, and developing performance plans to support business objectives. You’ll report directly to the senior leadership team and play a key role in shaping the commercial direction of the business.
