About Us
We are a well-established, fast-growing London maintenance services company trusted to care for some of the capital’s finest residential buildings, blocks, and developments. Our reputation is built on quality, reliability, and people — and we’re now looking for a confident, energetic individual to help grow our residential client base while strengthening our social media presence.
This is an exciting, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a people-facing environment, loves London, and enjoys creating engaging content that brings a business to life.
The Role
This is a dual-purpose role combining business development and social media execution. You’ll be out and about across London building relationships and identifying new opportunities, while also capturing and creating content that showcases our people, engineers, and day-to-day work.

*
Creating warm leads, introductions, and long-term opportunities for the business
*
Attending site visits, networking opportunities, and meetings across Central London
*
Building strong relationships through a professional but personable approach
*
Feeding opportunities back into the wider commercial and operations teams
Social Media Responsibilities

Creating and posting regular content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
*
Capturing real, authentic content from our office and on-site engineers
*

*
Editing content using Canva, CapCut, and similar apps
*
Helping to grow our brand presence, engagement, and visibility in London
About You

You will ideally have:
*
A strong knowledge of London, particularly Central London
*
A friendly, bubbly, and outgoing personality

*
A genuine interest in property, buildings, and city life
*
A solid working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, and social media tools
*
A natural eye for content and storytelling
*
High levels of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
Previous experience in business development, sales, marketing, or social media is beneficial but attitude and personality are just as important.
Why Join Us?
*
Work with a respected, growing London brand
*
A varied role combining office, site, and on-the-ground activity
*
Autonomy and trust from day one
*
Opportunity to grow with the business and develop your career
