This is a high-impact, outbound-focused role where success is measured by your ability to generate new business opportunities through proactive reach.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy cold calling, and are motivated by hitting and exceeding targets, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:Own top-of-funnel activity by generating new business opportunities through outbound prospectingExecute high-volume cold calling, alongside email and LinkedIn outreach, to engage prospective clientsIdentify and qualify decision-makers, uncover needs, and position our services effectivelyBook qualified discovery meetings for the sales teamBuild, manage, and continuously develop a robust pipeline of new business leadsHandle objections confidently and persistently to progress conversationsWork closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategiesConsistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs and lead generation targetsKey Requirements:1 - 3 years of B2B sales experience with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting and cold callingProven track record of generating leads through high-volume outreachConfidence in speaking with senior decision-makers and navigating gatekeepersStrong objection-handling skills and ability to secure next stepsExperience using CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) to manage pipeline activityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly resilient, tenacious, and self-motivatedProactive mindset with the ability to think quickly and adapt in conversationsComfortable with rejection and driven by targets and performanceApplication Information:To apply, follow the application process below or contact Luke Whitehead on 07507 803681.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all walks of life.JBRP1_UKTJ
